When: Saturday July 27, 10 AM - 4:30 PM.
Rain date: Saturday August 3.
Where: Meet at the Monson A.T. Visitor Center in the Historical Society building on Monson’s main street. From there, we will carpool to the trailhead in Bodfish Valley, then hike about two miles up to the ledges. There will be excellent views of Lake Onawa and Borestone Mountain.
Difficulty: Moderately challenging. We will be walking up and down a steep slope with rocks and roots in our path.

What to bring: Sturdy shoes or boots; water, lunch, and snacks; bug repellent and/or head net; extra clothing layers; raincoat; a walking stick or trekking poles are optional but would be helpful.
